Privacy Policy and Data Sovereignty

I, Tiziano Gasparet, establish this space as an inviolable sanctuary of technical anonymity. Privacy here is a default architecture derived from the structural negation of data.

1. Infrastructure and Logs (Data Non-Existence)

Operating System: OpenBSD 7.8
Web Server: httpd(8) with no log directive enabled
Firewall: PF (Packet Filter) at kernel level

No identifying metadata is generated during navigation. Access logs are disabled by principle. PF defenses are volatile and used exclusively for automatic bans of ongoing brute-force attacks.

2. Sovereign Communication

Email Stack: OpenSMTPD + Dovecot + NeoMutt
Hosting: Dedicated server under my physical control
Encryption: TLS 1.3 mandatory for all connections

No third-party cloud provider has access to communications. PGP keys are publicly available for verification.

3. Applicable Law

Jurisdiction: Italian Republic
Competent Court: Pordenone
GDPR: Compliant through total absence of personal data collection

4. User Rights

Since I collect no data, I cannot sell, trade, or lose you. Your navigation is a transitory event that leaves no trace in my systems.
